art3mis Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 Argh! this is frustrating. So awoke to find out an auto Windows 10 update had disabled launch of Houdini Indie 15.5.528. I had Octane demo plugin working correctly. So I installed the latest daily build of Houdini, 15.5.565, which resolved the Windows launch issue, but now can't get the Octane plugin installed properly The version I am trying to install is Octane_3.00.20.0_Houdini_15.5.480_Win64 which is tied to a specific version of Houdini (why does Otoy do this??) so one of the dll's doesn't load And to make matters worse, where exactly is Houdini 15.5.480?
