ParticleSkull
Hey guys, Let's say I want to emmit a fluid from a star shapped emmiter. As soon as I hit Emit Particle Fluid, from the shelf, the shape is converted to a volume, getting fat. Is there a way to preserve the original shape? Thx, Alvaro
mine
Maybe with edge location parameter in the fluid source node in your emitter you can shrink down the extra volume. You could try putting it to zero.
ParticleSkull
Hey mine, thx! I still have this idea bugging on my mind. Isn't there a way to generate particles on the shape itself and emit fluids from it, whitout using a volume? Anyway, your tip kinda solved my problem. It doesn't get super very accurate but I guess I can live with that. In case anyone else reads this topic in the future: It works if I decrease the Edge Location to 0.01 (on SDF From Geometry) and decrease the Division Size to 0.01 (on Settings). With values lower that this it stops emitting (not sure why).
ParticleSkull
In fact, at the end it got very accurate. Thx bro
