Keeping FLIP Outside Of Collision Volumes?

Hi All,

I have collision geometry in the shape of a sloping landscape. How do I keep my FLIP particles from residing within the collision volume? I thought this was supposed to be automatic but when I examine the interior of my collision objects I find fluid particle inside?
