CliveLlewellyn
Hi Guys, Does anyone know how to slow down the point connections of a the connect adjacent pieces. I have a simple infection system but the growth of the per point connection is very sudden and doesn't seem fluid. Thanks, Clive

Thanks, Clive Dont know if this is what you want to do, but you can add a smooth sop, with a resample, or also try a convert to nurb curves, I did something similar some months ago (min 3:42) Cheers
trzanko
Once you have your wires you want to "slow down" resample them and make a new point cloud function. Initialize start points with an attribute @active = 1; now run a point cloud and say if a neighbor is active make myself active. Delete non active.

vinyvince
Do you guys have a workaround to not have smooth connection in space, but *in time* , smooth and fluid fadeoff and not a frame jump between on/off? I could smell a complex Vex solver but only smell it actually right now, my tired brain is lacking of idea and would welcome any suggestion please to this interesting but tricky exercice. Cheers everyone
