Export/Import issue

Hey,

 

I am thinking what is the best way to import obj which has point cache on it inside 3ds max into Houdini? When I exporting it as FBX from max I have the character after importing in to Houdini along with bunch of points which I believe are these points cache. These points are moving accordingly to the character in Max but in Houdini the character itself isn't following the points.

I would be appreciated if someone would be able to help me with it.
