Uv on a deforming mesh

Hello guys. I was wondering how to get the uv's from a rest position (time shift to frame 1) to a deofrming mesh. Otherwise my uvunwrap flicckers and calculates each frame which is not okay.

given you've got your uv coordinates on rest mesh and the animated mesh is the identical geometry with the same point numbering: copy point positions from animated mesh to the rest mesh (attribute copy SOP). done. 

if rest and animated geo is not exactly the same, for any reason, use point deform SOP.
