MADjestic
wow // btw, there are some really nice papers on NPR, don't forget to check them out. Skimming through, the math doesn't seem very complicated. It can be a nice challenge for a rendering contest, or just for a volunteer. Marc
I know, really . And he did it because : "I was thinking of something complex, filled with vegetation - like trees overgrown with ivy. The only problem: I can't model. Fortunately I was able to implement a procedural system so that the ivy would grow by itself." I wish I could say those kind of things. . P.S. Did you click on his 'watercolor renderings' link? http://graphics.uni-konstanz.de/forschung/...anguage=english Pretty cool stuff too.
