hannes603
anybody know how to do it ? all friction prefs are at 0 but still friction untitled.mp4 vellum_friction.hip Edited January 28 by hannes603
6ril
Hey, Are you expecting the cloth to drop and stay in the spot while the ground is moving ? It wouldn't be very realistic, even with low friction... I think vellum has a static threshold for friction to allow sliding under gravity, that might be hard to compensate for : / Dropping a vellum solver in your hip file, at sop level since you're not doing much in the dop network of your hip file, I was able to only get the cloth to stay on the moving ground, sliding a little (opposite to the ground motion). For that I boosted the static threshold and the dynamic scale in the force tab. not sure this will help you but...
hannes603
putting the collider to volume sample and reduce the sdf friction in the solver to 0 worked for mevellum_disable_friction.hip Edited January 28 by hannes603
