Hi, Importing alembic from the server is not working, tried to run as administrator still not helping, any ideas? P.s - loading using nodes is working but I need to load alembic scene, I can even navigate and select the file but getting errro when clicked on import

Hello Everyone, I am wondering can some one explain the details of a clustered simulation. I was wondering when I saw the clustering simulation why the individual clusters can't be saved as a scene and have it run on multiple computers since it would work on a renderfarm. So I'm wondering how the actual process works does the simulation have to work simultaneously where each cluster is still somehow referring to each other for calculations.

Hi all, trying to set up Houdini server and hqueue on osx 10.8.4 with Production build (15.0.416) when trying to install its errors, looking at the requirements its say that osx 10.10 is needed, updating our server to Yosemite probably isn't a option at this point as its working for our other server needs fine and don't want to change it. does anyone have any work around for this other than maybe installing on separate windows machine. Thanks.
