Hi all,I am making a ground breaking effect in which a stone comes out of the ground and making primary debris and all.The condition is I also required to bring soil and ground dirt during eruptions I have managed to use the vellum grains to solve this, along I have used the "attach to geometry" constraints to make the vellum grains stick to the broken pieces. But now I also want during the collapse and hit on ground once the pieces fall on ground and make an impact ,some amount of dirt should also left on floor due to the impact. I can do this while playing with the breaking threshold but its not on per Debri I want to customize it so only some pieces would leave dirt rest not all. If anybody wants a file I can share too.

Hello, I am really confused with Gas Disturb node. I tried reading the documentation and tried different values but I haven't seen much difference when I change the Threshold Range value. Can some please help me and explain what exactly the Threshold Range is doing? Thanks.

Hi guys, I wanted to do some soft body ripping effect and FEM seemed to be the best tool for the job. I'm having trouble holding the fractured pieces together until impact however, and it immediately breaks apart when gravity is active. Do I need a constraint to hold the pieces together like as one would with a typical RBD/Bullet set up and break them in a SOP solver? I figured that the fracturethreshold attribute is the clue, but I tested with values as high as 20000000 and as low as 0.00000001 with no visual changes. Thanks in advance!
