  1. Hello masters! I am just asking for advice. I want to create a simulation of worm movement with vellum softbody. What I have so far is an undone node tree, and I don't know how to apply this wavy behavior to the geometry. So may I just kindly ask u to help me out? It's a very simple scene, but I don't know how to execute the sopsolver inside the dopnet . (I am not even 100% sure that all the steps I did are right) I will be very thankfull, for any advice.... worm_motion.hip
  2. Hi all, First post, looking forward to engaging more. I'm trying to get an effect with vellum similar to a snake digesting a large meal -- (like egg-eating snakes). Essentially just want to get the mesh to shrink over an object, but need control over the deformation and would eventually animate the object 'moving through the digestive system'. I've tried shrinking the vellum object (swallower) and scaling the interior object but with both ways the mesh not colliding with the object deforms way too much. Anyone have any ideas or quick tips on how to achieve this? Getting a basic shrinkwrap effect is simple, but this one is giving me trouble.
  3. Hello; In a vellum simulation, I tried to move a "worm" by applying some forces to it, inside of a "SOP Solver". So I tried to extract the velocity from a "bend" animation, and convert it to force, to move that worm. The problem is it applies that force just once. How can I fix this (or is it the right way to apply motion to a vellum object)? Thanks for helping. Anim_Worm_01.hip
