partysaurus-like foam, how to do it??

Hehe... I could tell you all sorts of fun details about that project (it was really fun and challenging to work on), but then I might get in trouble. I don't know if/when we'll be able to talk about the project publicly (most likely not before the movie comes out in theaters). I'll let you know if or when we can though.

Take a look at my foam monster. It consists from 2 main passes.

1. sss + displacement from main geo

2. reflection from spheres copied to points

Combine this 2 passes you can create good looking foam.

Not yet afaik, but there will be a short talk at Siggraph on it... not sure when the paper or if the presentation will be available afterwards.
