Main building was pulled from Sketchup but had to remodel most of it as model was not great, better than how it usual looks when I get Sketchup file but still not great for final render. I think that there are few models done in Modo (long ago), like that wall lamp, and some furniture inside (mostly not visible from this angle). It was 3-4 days of work including rendering.
