FXLover
Did anyone try converting particles to vdb to get it rendered in Clarisse? Clarisse seems to accept just vdb for particles? I tried using a copy node to copy a sphere for each particle but it doesn't seem to be efficient in terms of time for high quality sims. Is there a way I can get It to work? I tried vdb from particles but it doesn't seem to work. Is there any work around for this?
Skybar
VDB From Particles should work. You can either output an SDF or a Fog volume. Play around with pscale on the particles (or the Point Radius Scale paramater which is a multiplier for pscale), voxel size and minimum radius.
Krolik
Particles renders just fine in Clarisse. You get all the attributes, Cd pscale etc. Just assign a sphere to your particle cloud. Then you need to extract the properties to acces your attributes. Its explained in detail in the manual.
