hatrick
Hi, Any ideas if i can tear PBD Granular Sheets? I d like to do a peeling effect and the springSOP methods do not seem to be suitable for more complex surfaces. Another idea was to setup dynamic cloth constrains with FEM but i could not find out how to do that. This illustrates what i am after: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWpF52ZtU-o. Many thanks

hatrick
hi, thank you for the link. a more clothlike behavour would be nice. I think PBD could be very suitable herefore if we could reflect the breaking grainconstrains to a tearing mesh. I have kind of a fake solution where the edges of the pointdeformed mesh get cusped over a cetrain treshold but thats not a clean way to go.
