goldleaf
This math book does a good job of starting from ground zero, and working up all the way through Calculus/DiffEq (1000 pages): http://www.amazon.com/Engineering-Mathematics-K-Stroud/dp/0831134704/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1448032832&sr=1-1&keywords=Math+Engineering A co-worker called it his favorite 'math-rehab' book. These books (he has a linear algebra one in the works) are great for Math/Physics: http://minireference.com/ (scroll to the bottom) Edited November 20, 2015 by goldleaf
