How to delete points permanent using animation object

I have a raining scene and I want to delete the points using my wiper object. I already search for the vex code but no luck. while the wiper is moving I want some of the point grow back. I think sop solver will do the trick but I have no idea. I am still new to houdini. Thanks.

Create a group sop with bouding object, connect your object to the second input, and then delete the group ?

Hi, how come in my file the points is not deleted permanently, it only deleting the points when inside the object

as you can see at the picture the the points only delete when inside the object, and when the points is not anymore inside the object it still there, not permanently deleted.
