Abstract Spline in houdini?

I'm a new houdini user from c4d and I want to make this effect MS-Y_MASTER_Lossless-00219.jpg , the animation like 

 07s-09s

and I do this learn from 

, but the animation is not very well.

So can some one help me or give me some tutorial to do this effect

Vellum runs , it's just you made some mistakes ;)

In your vellumhair setup constrain pin i snot set to your pin group .

Then you have to polypath to get only one prim.

More importantly , the pin change from frame to frame as the sop solver in your popnet add new points every frame...

Ok, finally if you drive your contain using the actual transform, you will probably not get close to your reference , play with the scale as well , or maybe restlengh

For some reasons, I haven’t logged into the forum for a while, thank you for your answer.

And I try to use polypath but Still no work.

I think if it can Divided into two parts, first is Emitted particles connected into a line and secondly is vellum sim.

But I can't put dop into the vellum.

Could someone help me.
