Export grows (points)map from Houdini to maya

hello  guys i want to export a bounch of points from houdini that includes some attributes (grows ,id ,orient and ,...).

the purpos is that use those points for instancing in maya with MASH .

does any body know how can do it? or if introduce a toturial so its been great
