Do you mean in post? it was more kind of a joke.. thats the reason why we cant use ai for sequences atm bec it creats those strange blending cloud effects. if you want to have something similar , you could use different simulations and blend them with a noised age attrib for example. if you interested in ai for vfx, look maybe into comfyui.
