Jason
Unfortunately, it only has ATI graphics; we all know how well those work [with Houdini]. http://www.dell.com/content/products/featu...&lid=592750
Marc
Sony has had one for a while. I couldn't say how good it is, although it sure is expensive (so it must be good right? ) http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores...552921665224923 nvidia graphics
Rafal123
does H use The AGEIA PhysXTM Accelerator in Dell?
Jason
does H use The AGEIA PhysXTM Accelerator in Dell? Nope - but please feel free to write Novodex or PhysX DOPs! Daniel Kramer wrote OpenDynamicsEngine (ODE) as DOPs, so just hack that (he released his source-code) for PhysX.
Matt_K
Hey Jason, Couldn't help but chuckle, and I'm sure all those from ZA will agree - it still is funny to see everyone here talking about DOPs! Gotta love the whole language that has developed around Houdini! (For those in the dark, a dop in South Africa is a slang term for a drink - usually alcoholic and mostly in the plural!) Matt.
