kensonuken Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 I installed houdini 9.1 demo version and installed it without any errors but when i start houdini I got licence from the web ( got it automatically ) but I just get the splash screen ( HOUDINI 9.1) but the main screen doesnt comes even after an hour.... its stucking somewhere... kensonuken Posted April 9, 2008 Author Share Posted April 9, 2008 Display Nvidia 6150 But I remember my laptop has same config but h9 worked fine 2GB DDR 2 667 RAM AMD 4000+ dual core processor what could be the problem? wreath Posted April 16, 2008 Share Posted April 16, 2008 I think it can't be from vga i'm using the same xfx (with december 07 driver) without any trouble, but the first time i installed Houdini (with my ex pc) i had the same problem don't exactly remember what i did but i guess reinstalled it 1-2 times then it worked.
