wreath
Is that possible to use an animated object like moving in x axis box as a dynamic static object? i want a reaction between the animated box and other dynamic objects in the scene. GallenWolf
Yes, use a static object, and in the OBJ Path parameter, put in the object that has the animation. HTHs!

SpencerL
Also make sure on the RBD Solver you have "Use Point Velocity For Collisions" turned on.

wreath
A new question; Is that any way to arrange animated static objects mass? there is no parameters for mass in static objects, i guess its calculating from objects scale + point velocity but i need to give some specific values so is that possible? stevenong
Yes, you can use a RBD State DOP. Check under the Physical tab. Cheers! steven
wreath
Thanks Steven i saw physical param. node but state is what i'm exactly looking for, great!
GallenWolf
wreath, one thing to note from your file, is that I noticed your OBJ Path is pointing to the transform SOP? I don't think it works this way. It needs to point something on the /OBJ level. For example, animate a null, and then point the static object sop's OBJ Path at the null. If your geometry is not deforming, you do not want to check the "Deforming Geometry" toggle. It causes the SDF to be regenerated every frame. Which, if it's not deforming, will cause a lot of issues later on.
