  1. hope it implemented in houdini 13.1, it's a huge improvement and we won't consider to optimizing the FLIP scene. Thank you guys!

  4. Hi, Actually, I want cluster the FLIP field, like vel or surface field like cluster in PYRO, some projects like the pic need optimized, in my FLIP project the particles' count is only 500,000, But the voxel count nearly 20,000,000, it's so inefficient! Need some tips, THX! Yi.

  6. hi llan thanks for your reply, the file has been attached cz the fluid has no fluid at start (has a sphere emitter beside the container, shooting the fluid into the tube container). so it can't avoid the foam particles under the fluid, all I want is kill the foam under the fluid in POST SOLVER after the bottom filled (can't see the bottom) thanks

Hi everyone, The key parameter is "add Curl Noise" in "Fluid Source" Node, my custom vortex velocity field is made of Stamp Points from a volume of tube, so the velocity field is a tube shape, after adding curl noise, the field turns to a cube shape. My idea is making a Stamp Points density field (tube shape) to MASK the cube shape, but how to do it? Thanks!

  11. thanks, I will try it after sim, but I think the delay operate will test well instead of shutdown system (like cmd: shutdown -s -t 1000) maybe import os os.system("shutdown -s -t 1000")

  13. Finally, I export .bgeo(.bhclassic) files, then convert them to vrmesh by V-RAY's ply2vrmesh.exe, max/maya can read and render then very well
