dangerweenie
Sometimes I find the weirdest nuggets of what I can only think is the software developers and help doc technical writers having a sense of humor. Here's an example: "via houdini's help doc: "The IsoSurface operation uses implicit functions to generate isometric surfaces. It can be used to visualize grade 12 math homework in 3D. Alternatively, this operation can be used to visualize a 3D texture image.""
Andz
"visualize grade 12 math homework in 3D[/b" Analytic geometry looks even better with red and blue glasses :-)
Sean Lewkiw
My fave is the help for "smooth" This example will generate an ease-type curve between values 0 and 1, starting at frame 12 and ending at frame 55. Dig it!
Jason
The was a great message in Houdini 8's Cookie SOP MMB info... which would only appear at the weirdest times. I'll try to find it....

Allegro
Not sure that it's an Easter Egg so much, but I definitely find the line about "Press Esc to cancel" to be a hilarious practical joke too.
Guest xionmark
Does anyone know the origins of the ASAD (All Singing And Dancing) light? My foggy memory remembers it being related to the early El-KaBong events? Not sure ...
