kiryha
Can`t figure out why my UVs are broken after importing FBX to Houdini. Tried different format versions — no luck. Importing this file into Maya works fine. ROMA_004.fbx Edited April 3, 2018 by kiryha
Atom
It does look like the UVs are included inside the FBX. But the UVs you want to use are named uv3. In this screen shot I renamed the original uv to uv_org then I renamed uv3 to uv. After that, the correct UVs are displayed in the viewport. Maybe you could throw away or re-order the UV layers in Maya before you export? Edited April 3, 2018 by Atom
kiryha
Aha! I noticed that I have 3 UV attributes, but did not get to rename them, just tried to delete redundant instead. Finally, I combine the mesh in Maya, split and group again and this helped. Now I see I have UV sets in Maya, probably I could to delete them to fix the issue. Thanks, Atom!
