displacement (or maybe sculpt) based on geometry

Hey, I'm completely beginner to sideFx houdini. (I'm a rendering supervisor)

Let's get back to problem.

Suppose we have 64 random objects scattered on a grid objects. I need to bring their contact position a bit higher. (Like soils around tree in a forest).

For explaining that image scattered objects are cube (random placed stones for example), but contact places need to be cone like. (Soils around them)
