karen
After a voronoi fracture, I want some tiny pieces to be merged with and become part of their big neighbours. Any guidance on how to approach it?
konstantin magnus
Hi Karen, if you are running into problems after, it's mostly wise to solve them before ; ) eg. cluster fracture points or connect some of them by proximity. cluster_fracture.hipnc
anicg
is it for rbd or modeling? Edited May 22, 2020 by anicg
karen
it's not for RBD/destruction, and it's just a grid. A grid fractured using voronoi but some pieces are very small. A can remove them using "labs delete_small_parts", but that would create gaps in the grid, I need them to stay and be merged with their neighbours. Noobini
well that's simple then, - control size to 'merge' in the blast vu_MeregeSmallFrac.hiplc
Noobini
actually, i don't think MY method is quite right ! Edited May 24, 2020 by Noobini
konstantin magnus
The exact same method also applies for grids.. You define the clustering by the search radius of the connect adjacent node. fracture_cluster.hipnc

zeyneptopalll
You can use rbd cluster node as well
