MisterO
Hi, I asked a version of this question a few years ago but I'm still trying to figure out the most efficient way. Currently I have a flip fluid dripping onto a ground plane which I'm wanting become a static object just after collision, like a stalagmite building up layers. The closest I figured out is manually making a top net which outputs geometry for every drip which then merges and becomes the collider for the next drip. It works but needs a complex network of nodes which seems like there's a simpler solution. I found something similar called the RBD Auto Freeze but I don't think that will work on a flip fluid. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. best S.
