UltraRenders Posted August 25, 2022 Share Posted August 25, 2022 Not sure if there’s something I’m missing, but with each new version I find myself having to configure my settings all over again. Is there an easy way to transfer all settings to the new version like in Blender? I’m talking global settings, node presets, etc. Thanks! jkunz07 Posted August 26, 2022 Share Posted August 26, 2022 You can copy the contents of your houdini19.0 folder in your home directory to the new houdini19.5 folder to migrate settings. This can mess things up in some cases though if you have node presets for older interfaces of nodes which have been updated in new versions of Houdini.
