Thanks guys. Well, I think are similar to sprites, but you can change the step size so the velocity or the quality can be increased.

Miguel, very interestingly, can you explain as to do fluids by more noisy. In my tests a structure of fluids very flat and uniform.

Use the Gas Vorticle Force with the Gas Vorticle Geometry in DOPs. You can change the magnitude to increase the effect.

Try putting a displacement shader on the object. If you use the fractal dent, make sure to do 3D displacements (rather than displace along normal).

Thanks. But this isn't too much for doing a tutorial... maybe some more advanced...

By the way, the rocket smoke is not fluids, just volume spheres copied onto particles.
