Particles path follow, how?

The simple solution is to just use one popnet per-curve and leverage the popcurve force. If you overlay multiple copies of the setup, there should be no noticeable difference.

My first thought, however, was to cause a small group of points to chase an animated carve along the line.

 

Either way, break it down by dealing with one curve at a time.
