ikarus
Would you be able to post your project file for compiling on windows? Edited September 2, 2012 by ikarus
vbk!!!
Hi, I just downloaded the source to try to compil it on windows 7 x64. Since I am a very beginner for this kind of thing, I used hcustom.exe. When I type this : "hcustom.exe SOP_Ocean.c" I get this error message : c:\hocean_hot_h12_src\src\Ocean.h(67) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'fftw3.h': No such file or directory Of course, I am stuck. Any clue is welcome.

I would like to know what needs to be done point-to-point to be able to compile HOT for different builds, as having to rely on Christian to compile for all kinds of different builds is not a good solution for neither him or me in the long run. BTW: Latest compile for 77 also works fine with 82. Thanks. Edited September 27, 2012 by Ole

Erik_JE
Any chance by adding a thread option for the HOcean_eval vop? now only sop have a thread option. As it works per point I think it is already threaded(?). It should just be to set the vex_numthreads options if you want to limit it.
