GallenWolf
Looking great mate! Though perhaps the dust should linger and diffuse in the air a bit longer? It's dissipating very fast IMO... Alvin
Overload
Yea, Miguel looks really nice . That would make a cool OTL.
MatrixNAN
Hey Miguel, This looks a lot better much more realistic. I think the last thing you need to add is the fractal patterns for a certain amount of shatter on the surface of the object struck based on a ductile value which basically says how brittle the surface is to determine the intensity of the fractal shatter pattern. MIguel P
Hello again! I'm doing some tests with the system. I finally have the size variation working, and I've changed a bit the holes' shape. MIguel P
nice work MiguelI'd like to see some finished renders. Perhaps some integration with live action footage. Thanks lynbo Here is the first test integrating the system with a real picture: http://www.miguelperezsenent.com/Media/Imp...impacts_LA2.avi Tomorrow I'll catch the DV camera and I'll track the video. bandit
i liked the ts1 much more. these sprite dusts are....i don't know, they should have been fade out much sooner. they live too long. and maybe there should have been some variaty in the smoke as well. but, i am a fanatic of your works. edward
Hey Miguel, that's pretty cool! BTW, what does it mean to be "based on Daniel P. Ferreira's Impact System tool" ? What's this other impact system that you speak of?
MIguel P
Hey Miguel, that's pretty cool! BTW, what does it mean to be "based on Daniel P. Ferreira's Impact System tool" ? What's this other impact system that you speak of? Thanks edward What I mean is that my system is inspired on a similar tool made by Daniel P. Ferreira (danielpferreira in this forum) in 3ds MAX. You can see his video here: http://www.danielpferreira.com/reel/r2005/...ystem6_4000.avi Alvin Yap (GallenWolf in this forum) also made a tool for MAX based on Daniel's system.
