Atom
I'm trying to create something like this. I'm drawing a blank? Two grids rotating, but they need to loop. Would this just be an animated twist node?

ryew
Why not just an actual transform of the pre-deformed grids for infinite rotation? Unless the grids/ribbons need to actively deform along with the rotation, seems it would read the same visually.
Atom
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I think can I make it from here.
mehndidesign
You seem to be describing creating an animated image with two rotating meshes repeating in an empty space, and you're wondering if it's necessary to use an animation twist? If you want to create a repeating rotation effect, using an animated twist might be a good idea. You can create a simple and repeating rotation effect by using the animation twist knob to adjust the rotation angle and repetition frequency of the mesh. mehndi design simple back hand
