How to fetch Impact Data within DOPs to dampen velocity

I have a setup with emitting RBD objects, but I would like to reduce their velocity once they hit a collision object. I have the impact data at SOP level but how would I access this data within DOPs? I've attached a hip file with a simplified version of my setup, and I added a wrangle within the bullet solver to demonstrate what I would like.

Not in front of Houdini at the moment, but you can do this in an SOP solver, you can use the different attributes to damp your velocity. 

hey, is it a sop solver within the rbd bullet solver? I've tried this but it doesn't seem to read in the impact data attributes for some reason.
