plan9 Posted March 21, 2003 Share Posted March 21, 2003 hey marc, i think the pinup idea is absolutely awesome! its sexy yet far from pornographic (like some other CG works with females as the focal point).. and the manga angle has been beaten to a bloody pulp.. i think this deffinately brings a whole new thought process on how you model your character, question is, is it possible to get the pinup style with a space suit on? gonna have to really push those *cutesie* features to the max!!!! very cool idea, have a cookie!!! Marc Posted April 3, 2003 Author Share Posted April 3, 2003 Hey Jens Yeah I think I might stick with it, although I realised this morning that she's actually shockingly boring at the moment. I may take it in a slightly different direction because of this. But for the time being I think I'm going to remodel the boots and make them more feminine, seperate the top so that it = pants and a jacket and not a jumpsuit type thing. I'll finish those tomorrow night..... oh, and the hair needs touching up too. Probably need to add quite a few more strips in there to make it look really nice when textured. But since I've never actually built hair before, I think this is a fair first go..
